Most EA consulting engagements are long, expensive, and end with a binder no one reads. We don't do those. The services lane exists for teams that need a senior architect to sit with them for a defined slice of work — and then get out of the way.

Where we tend to help

• Drift remediation — your approved architecture and your deployed one stopped agreeing. We build the current-state picture, name the divergences, and help the team triage which ones matter.
• Governance setup that survives delivery pressure — most governance models collapse the first time a release date is at stake. We help you design one that earns its keep.
• EA operating-model design — what does the EA function actually own, who decides what, how does it interact with product and platform teams? A few weeks of structured work, not a six-month transformation.

Shape of an engagement

Lightweight by default: a discovery call, a scoped piece of work (typically 2–6 weeks), and a written handover. No retainer required. If something larger makes sense, we'll talk about it after we've actually worked together once.
